I’ve walked the same road you’re on.

For most of my life, I struggled with confidence and with simply feeling like I belonged. That struggle followed me into rooms I should have felt at home in, and it followed me into decisions I’m not proud of. I went looking for escape in all the wrong places, and what I found waiting on the other side of that escape wasn’t relief — it was shame, guilt, and a deep sense of inadequacy that I carried quietly for years.

What finally turned that around for me wasn’t willpower, and it wasn’t figuring it all out on my own. It was the goodness and grace of Jesus Christ meeting me exactly where I was — not where I should have been. That grace didn’t erase my story. It redeemed it, and it gave me a purpose I couldn’t have written for myself.

No one is ever truly lost. That conviction is the entire reason I founded Iron & Grace.

I know this coaching relationship isn’t one-size-fits-all when it comes to faith.
